Twitter Only 21% Active
Thinking that Twitter is all that it’s cracked up to be? Consider the fact that only 21% of the users on that social network are considered to be active users. Apparently there are a growing number of people that sign-up for Twitter, only to go into limbo later on.
So this begs the question – why are people signing up for Twitter, only to stop using it later on? Seems rather silly, considering how many active users are able to make perfectly good use of it day to day.
I suspect that it’s a problem of boredom with something that is not as “fancy” as Facebook, with silly little games and apps. Twitter, sadly for those who don’t get it, is simply for the folks who want a means of communicating with others. Not wasting hours with stuff like Farmville.
