The AOL of the 21st century is one of the dumbest, worst run tech companies I have ever had the misfortune of laying eyes on. And to maker matters worse, we now have this goofy article point out just how big of a joke AOL has become.

Gaming Google is not a business model, yet based on everything I have read in recent months, this is seems to be where they are headed with stuff. Then after AOL got done laying off most of their editors, they are going to farm it all out to freelancers.

AOL needs a serious refresh. Clearly their glory days are behind them, this former ISP needs to just be put to bed in my honest opinion. They have become a sad sack state of affairs that it out for a fast buck.
