Never Fear, Yahoo Is Still About Search

From the company that not too long back had the CEO mention that they were never “really” a search engine as they were a portal, they are now backtracking from that statement.
Apparently adding in some new features to Yahoo suddenly changed the light of day for Yahoo officials who now believe that they are once again participating in the search business. I would point out that in my mind, they never left the business.
Same old Yahoo, just with new faces spreading the same old company line of “we are new and innovative”. BS, Yahoo has been all that much to watch in I don’t remember how long. And based on what i am seeing, they are clearly in denial as to exactly what it is they actually do.
