Is AdSense Beginning To Show Signs Of Stress?

Is AdSense still worth it? This seems to be a reoccurring question these days as folks try to come to grips with where Google’s AdSense is heading. From my own perspective, I have found that AdSense is what you make of it. In other words, most of the so called trend spotters haven’t the slightest idea what they are talking about.

While in the collective sense, AdSense might be in a decline. I remain steadfast that hitting the right target audience can lead to a nice supplement income. It just takes some work, along the realization that AdSense is not something really designed to be anything other than a supplement.

And as this article describes, AdSense is not a “winner takes all” kind of market. There are still lots of opportunities for working with publishers who need more flexibility than what AdSense can provider. Because at the end of the day, it comes down to what the publisher and advertiser needs, not what the ad service feels is “good enough.” Thus far, this remains Google’s weakest link in my opinion and their revenue will begin reflecting this as time passes.
