One of the singles biggest features to stand out about the web based meeting service is its amazing simplicity. No kidding, the web service is so easy to use, a caveman could do it! Cost depends on your needs an comfort level. The free version allows its users to assign a meeting leader, who is the only one who actually has to sign up. Based on the description, the software can support up to 24 users at once and they can access the meeting without having to actually install anything.

The downside? In order to gain any sort of privacy, a fee of a $100 per month for a pro account is needed, otherwise there is no password protection whatsoever to prevent non-authorized individuals from joining along with you.
