What does it do? It allows you to customize and create your very own WordPress theme right inside the browser window. It is all handled online. When you are finished, you can download the final product and them upload it into your themes folder under your WordPress installation.

You can change everything from link color to background images in the generator. Want the menu on the left? Move it to the left. Want it on the right? Move it to the right. After you get the basics down, I could see somebody downloading it and then customizing it even further.
