dwarfURL - Short URLS And Stats

I have been a fan of some of the “make my URL shorter” Web sites in the past, but for some reason I did not end up using most of them. Well, I think I have finally met a service in this area of the Internet that I can get behind and fall in love with. DwarfURL does that job when it comes to giving you a quick and easy way of creating short URLs out of long ones.

The magic does not end there, though. It also promises to give you stats for your link, so you can keep up with who’s clicking and why. Here is an example link that I created with the service:

As you can see, that is a lot easier to remember (and to grab for a cut and paste) than the one it started out as. The link stats will give you the top referrals to use the link as well as total visits. The inclusion of a Firefox extension is just icing on the cake.
