I often get questions sent in to my Web development podcast about who is the best Web host or how can you or I find the best Web host of them all. Well, I am sorry to say there is no holy grail when it comes to finding a Web host. You might have to go through a little work before you find the Web host that is right for you.

That is where the Web hosting comparison shopping engines come into play. There are a lot of choices out there, but here are a few of my favorites.

• HostVoice.com
• HostQuote.com

Now how do you use them? Most of them give you a simple form to fill out so that you can specify what type of hosting you need and what your budget is for that said hosting. After you fill that out, you can either get Web hosts respond directly to your request or you can browse yourself through a plethora of hosting outfits that should have your basic needs covered.
