Buzz Searching With Serph

I first played with Serph right before it had its public release, and I have to say they are still impressing me. Serph is pitched as the search engine that will help you track your buzz. No matter if you want to know about yourself, another famous person or a product or project - they deliver results.
It does its best job to aggregate information from all the big social search engines out there to tell you what is being said. Here is how the developers put it on the Web site’s about page:
When you type a query into Serph, it goes out and searches online social media to find the latest buzz. After it gathers the results, they are sorted and organized so the most recent buzz appears first. Serph gathers these results from blog search engines, social media Web sites, social news Web sites and social bookmarking Web sites. This allows Serph to show you exactly what people are saying on the Web right now.
One nice feature that they just added not too long ago is the ability to blacklist links as well. This was my number one complaint, and I am happy to see it has been addressed. Now you can filter out your own Web site links when looking for buzz about yourself or those Web sites.
So if you are looking for a good way to keep track of the current buzz about you or your project, get to serphing.
