Going through my monthly cleaning out of the old bookmarks, I found a few special things. I was searching through some of my bookmarks and I realized that I had a lot of WordPress related content saved. Seeing that this was a lot of good information, it was a shame it was just going to get deleted by me. So to give this content one more go around - here are the top five WordPress posts and articles I have run across.

   For any podcast or Web page that wants to post audio, this should be the very first plugin that you install for WordPress. I have been using it for my own podcast for some time now and it has never let me down. Just install it, configure it, and forget about it.

   While we are talking about themes, you cannot forget about my favorite kind. The simple themes always seem to be the best in my opinion - and this is a list of some of the greatest minimalist themes that have been created.

   For people who want to make their own themes, this guide lets you in on the inside skinny, if you will. It shares with you what it takes to make a CSS layout into a WordPress theme. No detail is left unturned. If you know your way around a layout or design but just want to know how to make it work with WordPress, this is the document you need to study to fill in the missing blanks.

   Are you new to the whole WordPress experience and do not know your top from your bottom? The ten things you read about here are a good crash course in what to expect from the ride you are about to get on.
