Where To Find Hosting Forums

I get a lot of questions sent my way, and I do my best to answer them all. Every so often though, I get one that is good enough to share in front of the rest of the class. Jim was the most recent person to drop me a line and he wanted to know where he could find some good forums to learn more about or discuss Web hosting.

I am looking for a web host that will not suspend my account without first notifying me.
It doesn’t seem like a lot to ask, but all the hosts I have checked out so far (about 50) threaten in their Terms to suspend / block / shutdown your account without warning if they feel that you have done something wrong.
This has happened to me in the past, and in the end I proved that I had done nothing wrong (I had not send unsolicited mail), but by then my site had been down for days! – That is unacceptable, and I will not pay for hosting if my host will not have the courtesy and decency to contact me BEFORE they suspend my account if they suspect I have done something wrong.
Oh, also I have more than 1 website to host, there is no adult content but there might be in future, so any host must allow this (the less restrictions the better), and the plan must include SMTP – unlimited emails (I have a newsletter and send ads to customers who have purchased from me or submitted their email addresses).
So PLEASE help me find a host for my websites – a cheap host please! Thanks
