Get More BBC Goodness

I like some of the television the British Broadcasting Company puts out there but I have not really gotten myself in a trend of checking out their Web site that often. When I do remember to do it though, I have seen that the BBC is an interesting source for news and information from the other side of the pond. To help my remember how useful it can be, I downloaded and installed the BBC bar.
So what is the BBC bar all about and why might you want to use it? Here is what the author of this extension has to say about it.
Are you a BBC fan? Then here is the ultimate browsing companion and Firefox extension for you. BBC Bar lets you read RSS news feeds from BBC sites as you browse the WWW with Firefox. BBC bar also enables you to search BBC News, Sports and Weather sites right from your browser. With the inbuilt radio, you can listen to over a dozen BBC radio stations as you surf the Internet.
No matter where you live, it never hurts to get a little more information from other parts of the world. The BBC Bar brings the world of the BBC right to my browser.
This Firefox extension is for versions 1.0 and up of the browser. If you want to download it and try it out for yourself you can do so at the Mozilla Add-ons Web site.

Hey, I joined the Web Deveolpers, but it’s turning into a Firefox Fans newsletter, how about getting back on track.
