Pacman for Firefox

Come on, you know you need something to do while killing time at the office. You know you want to play Pacman inside of your favorite orange and blue browser. Adding Firefox and Pacman together is like peanut butter and jelly. They are two great flavors that just seem to go together.

Here is what the developer of the Pacman Firefox extension has to say about it.

Yet another Pacman-clone. It has the look and feel of the pacman game that I used to play on my 286 many years ago.

That is correct. You can now live through the eighties one more time through this small yet fun Pacman clone. The game features stunning retro graphics, authentic sound effects, eighties era feeling, and a high score list. Want to see it in action? For those two people out there that do not know what Pacman is, you can check out the screenshots.

Most of my Pacman memories have to do with playing it on my old Atari 2600. Back then you didn’t need wacky controllers or 3D graphics to have a lot of fun. It had its own fair share of violence as well. You run around eating ghosts, that is pretty scary stuff the way I see it.

This Firefox extension is for versions 1.5 and up of the browser. To pick up your copy all you need to do is download it via the Mozilla Add-ons Web site.
