Fuzzy Time

Do you really need to know exactly what time it is? With the Fuzzy Time Firefox extension you can get a rough estimate of what time it is. For those folks who don’t like to get held down by the man and his corporate time, this Firefox extension is for you.

Here is what the author of the extension has to say about it.

Displays the time in a fuzzy way in the status bar. Fuzzy Time doesn’t synchronize with the system clock: it’s “fuzzy”, as in not precise. It will say “quarter to two” from about 1:43 to 1:47 and then it will switch to “ten to two”.

Sure, this Firefox extension might not be serving a huge purpose, but it is fun to watch and show off to your friends. One of the more meaningless extensions, but sometimes those are the best of all.

This Firefox extension is for versions 1.5 and up of the browser. To pick up your copy all you need to do is download it via the Mozilla Add-ons Web site.
