I can’t begin to list all the reasons why it is so bad but I can tell you that it has been a long time since I have seen a marquee used and if you can manage to locate the News you will see that it’s a little out of date.

Vincent’s comments: Well, the date (2003) at the bottom should be tell you everything you need to know. I’m one of the few “experts” who are against putting dates on articles. Here’s a perfect example of why.
