While Internet use in places like China and India has been growing for some time now, we need to understand that now more than ever, growth is really beginning to pickup in the e-commerce sector. In the coming years, I suspect much of the continued growth will begin translating into new jobs and even new sub-industries. Still, this level of growth will obviously take some time.

The number of Internet users in India remains relatively low, but it has soared 54 percent over the past year to 38.5 million, and will jump to 100 million in two years, an industry study said.
In comparison, China already has 100 million Internet users, according to government statistics. [Read the rest]
