Beat Google? Wrong question

Scoble offers some interesting thoughts on the MS VS Google problem. And while Google does a to irk me no end, the reality is that Microsoft will not likely have a snowballs chance of ‘out-thrilling’ users within the Web space. Google has their user’s complete and undivided attention. That folks, is going to be hard to break.

What’s the right question? “How do you thrill audiences?”
