Adding fresh daily content to your Web site with RSS feeds is either incredibly easy, or frustratingly difficult, depending on your technical knowledge and how your Web site is set up.

The benefits of figuring it all out are two-fold:

1. Your visitors will return frequently if your content is updated frequently.
2. The search engines will return frequently if your content is updated frequently.
