Not everyone has been exposed to HTML or are even familiar with the terms used with it. Thankfully for them we have resources like this to get them down the right path.
Many people use the NCSA Beginner’s Guide to HTML as a starting point to understanding the hypertext markup language (HTML) used on the World Wide Web.
