Wow, they are really starting to crack down on piracy! At first glance, I have no problem with this. But how does a Web site helping movie piracy flourish fall into the jurisdiction of the U.S. Homeland Security Dept.? Would that not be an FBI matter? I guess it may have to do with the restructuring of the law enforcement in this country. Still, I think that kiddie-porn sites pose a greater danger to this nation rather than who sees what movie early!

U.S. Homeland Security Shuts Down BitTorrent P2P Site
Ten people suspected of involvement with the EliteTorrents webserver were served warrants by homeland security agents. According to the U.S. government agency, this is the first criminal enforcement action taken against violators of copyright law who use the BitTorrent peer-to-peer (P2P) file swapping software. The operation, codenamed D-elite, targeted administrators and content providers working through the EliteTorrents Web site.
