Google Cuts Price Of Web Analytics Service

Definatelty seems to me that Google is working on their ‘come hither’ look since they decided to drop the price on their Urchin On Demand service.

Google Inc. on Tuesday said it has dropped the price of its marketing intelligence and web analytics service by more than half.

The price of Urchin On Demand has been cut to $199 per month from $495 a month, the Mountain View, Calif., search engine said. Google launched the service following the acquisition in March of Urchin Software Corp.

The new price includes report profiles for up to 50 individual websites and 100,000 page views per month. Subscribers can add a million more page views for an additional $99 a month.

Urchin On Demand provide data to help website owners and advertisers see how visitors find, navigate and buy. In addition, the service tracks visitors from all online sources, including search engines, links and paid advertising campaigns, such as banner ads, keywords and emails. [Get the links]
