Not sure how well this stacks up to Window Washer, but it certainly looks to be promising. Designed to clean the history and cookies from both IE and Firefox, CCLeaner will also help to clean a number of other areas on your PC as well.

CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization tool. That removes unused and temporary files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster, more efficiently and giving you more hard disk space. The best part is that it’s fast!
