Sometimes keeping one image straight from the other can be a tricky process. One option is to use an image viewer like Fresh View to help you keep everything straight. No guarantees that it will have everything that you are looking for, however it is a step up from other alternatives.

The overall interface is pretty straightforward and I like the button style as well. Even if you are OK with just using the image and fax viewer on XP, I would recommend giving this software a trial run anyway; they did a good job.
