Color Your World

You may recall I wrote about some color sites a few weeks ago; one of my regular readers sent me several more sites that I missed. I think these sites will be worthy of your visit. If you need to add color to your world or just your Web site, take a look at these.

First up, we have called the 4096 color wheel. If you will click here, you will be transported to a very nice site. You click the wheel and it will show you Web-safe, Web-smart, and unsafe colors throughout the color spectrum. Next up, we have Ned’s Dynacolor site. It can be found over here. This site is best used for text, background and link colors.

I think I recommended this next site, but if I did, you will still be impressed the second time as I am. Through a series of slider bar locations for red, green, and blue, you can choose any color scheme you want. Themes can even be created here. I certainly recommend this site to you.

Our fourth site is located right here. What is so special about this color blender site? It does just that. You see, you pick one color, then a second color, then a blend point, and you are shown seven blends of the colors chosen. If you do not stop by this site, you will cheat yourself.

The final site we will visit is called Slayer Office Tools Color Creator and it is located in this corner. It is not nearly as useful, in my opinion, as the other sites. You must plug in your own hex numbers and then blend the two. The other sites handle this chore in a much more elegant manner. So, has this article helped you to color your world? I certainly hope so. I always crave your feedback, so let me know how colorful you are. Please take care of yourself and I appreciate you reading this column.
