More Tools In PSP 9

Thanks go out to Monica for more tips on the new tools in PSP 9. Monica is one of my regular readers and writers. She, herself, is a PSP guru. I have seen some of her work and she is extremely talented. She sent me some more information on the updates to PSP and a couple of sites for tutorials. Read on for that information.
The first thing she mentioned was four new filters for photos. PSP has so many effects, it is hard to tell what has been added. A new layer was added. Before, PSP offered raster and vector layers. Now, they have added an art media layer. Along with this layer, new tools have been added. One such tool is the knife I spoke about in my previous article. I am also told that new vector tools have been added.
Two sites that she sent along can be seen here and there. It was also said that the new art layer and tools seem better suited and geared for tablets. So far that is all the new tools. Do not forget the new history palette. Hope this helps. Take care.

Hi ,can some one tell me how I can resolve this problem?
I use PSP7,PSP8 and PSP9 and recently, I found out that I am unable to use all three without getting cutoff after uploading. Everytime, I go to my graphics folder to create, I instantly get cutoff!!
I really think the problem is in PSP9-because the problem, here, is almost impossible to upload. Now, I’m unable to pull it up, with a single or double click, it showing it’s main icon, flashing to a corrupt pictured icon. I have put my main disc in to both a repair install fix, as well as, do a complete uninstall and install many times-all to no avail.
What more can I do?
I, also, ran my SPAM ware filters, thinking that some SPAM .dll infiltrated in with the .dll filters in PSP-and, these did not help,at all.
Please help. I’d like to to add,too, PSP 12;but, I’m really to purchase for fear this will not work and it wil be a waste of money–I remember, a few years ago, before this current problem happened, I’d downloaded a free version of PSP 10 and, it corrupted my computer!
Please advise!
