According to Web Pages that Suck, we might have a contender for “Worst Web page ever”. Surely they are being overly critical, right? Well, apparently to to see this site’s FAQ section, you must disable your antivirus software! Now that is just sad people.
Here is a screenshot from the Canon website (that’s right, Canon, not Joe’s Nuts and Bolts). This one is something I’d NEVER have believed if I hadn’t seen it myself…
In order to see the FAQ for their model EOS-10D camera, they require you to TURN OFF YOUR VIRUS-PROTECTION SOFTWARE–AND YOUR FIREWALL!!!! I’m not kidding…see attached screenshot (I added the green box). Have you EVER heard of anything like that before?
