Thanks to a one determined programmer, you can now make Weblog posts via your Gmail account! It’s true, the software is referred to as Gallina and it will allow you to post to your Weblog via the Gmail email system. Pretty cool!
Mr. Hernandez has posted a proof of concept of his software, being called Gallina. Gallina uses Gmail messages as blog entries, and the star feature to signify publish status. Each reply to an email message is posted as comments to an entry. Anyone wanting to use Gallina would need to install the application on a server, which would then store the posts in a Gmail account.
