So what is the best approach when it comes to email marketing, text or HTML Newsletters? I personally believe that HTML is the most attractive choice however, it has been my experience that a number of folks still prefer to received their emailed content as text.
Exactly one year ago I spoke to a packed audience at ClickZ’s Email Strategies Conference in New York City. I earnestly opined that it was ever so important to offer B2B (business to business) e-newsletter readers the choice of text vs. HTML.
