One thing I can say about gnomies is when you ask for feedback on a product, look out! Be careful what you wish for. You might just get it. Boy, did I get it! Many of you are fanatics and I mean that in the best possible way. I’m one of you so don’t think that is nothing short of a compliment. The feedback was awesome and it is still pouring in! Can you sense an article coming? It will be forthcoming soon.
Quite a few of you have written asking me what I was talking about when I spoke about the CNET course on Dreamweaver. CNET has been doing introductory type classes on everything from Dreamweaver to ripping music. I have taken almost all of the classes they have offered so far. I also had requests to put in links to the sites I talk about. Guess what? I DO put them in, but the moveable type application that we use to post these articles strips them out. I’m going to try again. Please let me know if it fails. To get the free Dreamweaver CNET course, click here. Did that link work? I’m waiting for your feedback.
Another matter I’d like to address is your e-mail. I truly appreciate and LOVE to get your e-mail. I make an honest effort to respond to everyone. I am also trying to answer the things you are most vocal about in this column. It is important I hear from you. Not for my ego. I’m nowhere close to an egomaniac. I’m very grounded. I just want to know that you are reading and hopefully gaining something from my musings or are at least cheering me on so I can reach the lofty goals I have articulated in the past. One thing about sticking your neck out there and telling people your goals is, it makes you stick to them moreso to keep from embarrassment! It’s a nice kick in the pants if you know what I mean.
So, keep reading, keep writing to me even if you hate me (thankfully, all have been very kind so far). That will keep me writing and trying to share even more with you. For all you others who haven’t written to tell me your take on Dreamweaver MX 2004 and PSP 8 and 9, I’m waiting and I know where you live; so get to it.
