NetSignet, a bookmark manager that allows you to quickly and easily add your favorite sites to a compact little program running right from system tray. It is actually a pretty cool approach to this whole bookmark thing, don’t you think?

can’t seem to download or find where to download netsignet 1.61. just keep getting the run a round every site doesn’t have it even went to http://www.netsignet.net still nothing.
