The ConTEXT editor is many things, but bulky is not one of them. Simplicity is the name of the game with this little gem. Even though this should not be considered a hardcore HTML editor, ConTEXT does offer syntax highlighting for projects that you might be working on.
With a variety of other features to numerous to mention, this sweet little download is Freeware, thus you have nothing to loose by trying it. Hey, you can never have too many text editors, right?
