Flash bad, old UI good!

Tom Murphy does not think that Flash has anyplace on PR websites. His feelings are made quite clear as he rants and raves about a subject that I think has been beaten to death. Why do people continue to rip on Flash? If a Flash UI is done right, there is really nothing wrong with it. Still, I am not a Web designer and can not honestly speak for that crowd and accurately express their views. However, if it is a site that requires a little pizazz, I see nothing wrong with a little Flash when used responsibly.
