As much I hate to say this, Windows’ Notepad is a handy program. Still, this new utility I found called Notepad2 has them beat, I think. Better options and advanced features like “auto close HTML/XML tags,” then throw in a “read only” function which really blows the doors off of anything regular notepad offers, no question about it.
