Web Design Firm Merger

aQuantive has announced its intention of buying out SBI/Razorfish to form a very powerful Web Design firm. SBI/Razorfish will actually be combined with aQuantive’s Avenue A online ad agency. The goal has been described as the creation of a “one stop shop” for potential clients. aQuantive has announced it will be taking over the SBI/Razorfish Web design firm for the tune of $160 million.
