This is for future reference.  I am planning on posting information about the two things that I am most passionate about in this blog.  I love photography and am what I would consider a serious hobbyist.  This past year I’ve gone on an adventure of trying to post a photo a day to my photo blog, http://photos.millardfam.com   I also plan on publishing a book of these photos.  I will be blogging on how that turns out.

In my day job I’m a Unix/Linux System Administrator.  I deal with Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux every day.  I am starting to explore virtualization and how we can use it.  I feel that virtualization will be huge in 2008 and is very important to ever expanding data centers.   I have some experience with VMWare ESX, VMWare workstation and Xen virtualization.
