It seems that Vista SP1 is to be downloaded via Windows Update. There has already been a chosen number of Beta Testers, but after using a simple registry tweak, you can download Vista SP1 and become a beta tester. However, there also seems to be many problems. People have said that if you decide to download Vista SP1 on your main computer, your version of Windows is turned into just a ‘trial version’. But if you have a spare computer to use; this would be a great opportunity to check out what SP1 has in store for the rest of us.

I also doubt that Microsoft is going to turn a deaf ear to this. They will most likely try and patch this, so if you’re going to try this out, I suggest you hurry.
