Atom processors mean a laptop for everyone?

Atom based processors are already revolutionary, by there size and power. They have also brought down prices for laptops, such as the Asus Eee. People will no be able to spend under a thousand dollars and be able to have a good laptop. These new processors will allow each person in a household to have their own laptop, no more family rivalry over the home desktop. I would rather have a nice affordable laptop then a over priced desktop that I have to fight for!
We see a lot of demand for more affordable products,” said Chris Tulley, a spokesman for Intel. Noting that the majority of households in emerging markets have no PCs, and that the majority of households in mature markets have one PC, he added, “We see an opportunity to have more devices per household and potentially one device per person.”
