Who is he? Does anyone really know? I saw parts of Barrack Obama’s speech to the NAACP. He has started his “Self-Reliance” tour. Mr. Obama has shown in his previous voting record to be a total liberal. His recent talk of self-reliance is much too conservative for his liberal roots. It seems to me that this talk of self-reliance and personal responsibility is just a ploy to become attractive to the more conservative voter.

The NAACP is not a group that wants to hear that a person is responsible for his own actions and situations. It appears to me it’s behind the belief that the government should be there to “catch me when I fall.”

The question  that I pose is this: Is Mr. Obama a real believer in self-reliance or will he waffle when the heat is on? Will he stand on self-reliance if he takes office as the President of the United States, or will he continue the liberal stand of more government, less personal responsibility? I think he will continue in his liberal ways.
