Content restricted in China

It is hard for me to grasp, having been born in the United States of America, the lack of freedom that people have in some countries. I recently read an article on Forbes.com that states that the Chinese government is restricting the content placed on all online video outlets in china. This affects site like youtube china and, myspace china. Can you imagine what it would be like to live in a place where information was not freely available. This is an election year in the United States of America and we should all be careful with our right to vote. These liberties could just as easily be taken from us.
