I personally had an experience with a Belkin Surge suppressor warranty. I awoke one morning and found that during the night my computer has gone bye bye due to a power surge even though it was connected to a Belkin Surge suppressor. The power surge was one that rarely occurs but,, nevertheless I had a computer with a power supply and motherboard burned up. Anyway, to shorten my story, Belkin’s Customer Service acknowledged the problem and promptly sent me a check for my computer. I was impressed with their customer service because it offered no hassles just service.
