Adobe has confirmed multiple security vulnerabilites in Flash Player. Some of the vulnerabilities may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
All operating systems with a vulnerable version of Flash Player are affected.
Adobe recommends all users of Adobe Flash Player 9.0.45.0 and earlier versions upgrade to the newest version 9.0.47.0 (Win, Mac, Solaris) or 9.0.48.0 (Linux), by downloading it from the Player Download Center, or by using the auto-update mechanism within the product when prompted.
For customers who cannot upgrade to Adobe Flash Player 9, Adobe has developed a patched version of Flash Player 7. Please refer to the Flash Player update TechNote.

Concerning: Don’t Fall For Fake US National Medical Association Emails
I hate SPAM and I hate SPAMMERS even more. I visited Uncle Sam and he told me to send this sort of crap to following email address and they will act on it.
Concerning: Don’t Fall For Fake US National Medical Association Emails -
Send these to: webcomplaints@ora.fda.gov — this address is for ANY medical related emails, especially for drug peddling emails and other medical scams.
Send - Stock related spam to: enforcement@sec.gov — this address is for ANY financial related spam, especially for stock related emails and any other kind of money scams.
Send - ALL of that other crappy spam to: spam@uce.gov
Sending SPAM to either of the first two address will result in a investigation, but YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED, ever.
