If you registered your domain name with RegisterFly and thought you lost your domain, you still may be able to recover it!

First take a look to see if GoDaddy has it. You can call GoDaddy support at 480-366-3500 with any questions about the transfer. GoDaddy.com also has a question and answer sheet available for previous RegisterFly customers.

If GoDaddy doesn’t have the domain, it should be able to tell you the domain name registrar that does. Be sure to ask for the spelling of that domain name registrar’s name and get their Web site address. Also ask if there’s a customer service number available.

GoDaddy’s support should be very helpful in recovering the domain. If it’s not, you might want to try calling again later and speaking to someone else as it is best set up to help deal with the domain name transfers from RegisterFly.

Whatever you do, don’t bother contacting RegisterFly or believe any information it has on its site about your domains. Even if a domain is locked, you should still be able to recover it with GoDaddy’s assistance.
