New and Imporoved Gozi Trojan Variant Active
A known flaw in Microsoft Internet Explorer’s handling of iframes allows the Gozi Trojan to sneak in systems and thanks to new packing messages it can evade detection from some anti-virus and anti-malware programs.
Gozi installs a keylogger and grabs sensitive data including bank account and credit card numbers, user names, passwords and Social Security numbers (SSNs.)
Due to this and other unpatched exploits in Internet Explorer, I always recommend that everyone should use Firefox or Opera. Also keep your anti-virus up to date.

Anti-virus only??? And what about anti-keyloggers??? Firewalls? I actually suppose that nothing can handle better with keyloggers that special anti-keylogging software(anti-keyloggers). So, if we are fighting against Gozy, that is a keylogger we should have anti-keylogger installed. Moreover there is a plenty of sites dedicated to the theme of protection from keyloggers. Especially I prefer this one: www.anti-keylogger.org But anyway, anti-keylogger must be installed
