The WyldRyde IRC Network is a global Internet Relay Chat network and hosts the official Lockergnome Chat and many chatrooms for anti-spyware groups and other websites. WyldRyde offers a free web chat script that can be added to any web site.

The network has operated as a subsidiary of a private corporation, however it has been spun off and is in the process of forming a new independent 501c3 Nonprofit Corporation. Obtaining this status is costly. On top of the state and federal government filing fees, an attorney had to do quite a bit of work and a professional accountant was also hired.

WyldRyde has started a fund raising drive to pay for these expenses and if any additional funds are raised they will be used to sustain and improve the network in the future. Please give whatever you can.
