In a previous tip, I showed you how to enable the Wrap to window option in Word 2003. By enabling this option, you can quickly view any text that extends past the right margin, instead of having to scroll back and forth. You can accomplish the same thing in Word 2007 however the steps are slightly different.
To easily view any text that extends past the right margin in Word 2007:
- Within Word, click the Microsoft Office button.
- Click the Word Options button at the bottom of the menu.
- Click Advanced from the Word Options dialog box.
- Under Show Document Content, click the Show Text Wrapped within the Document Window option.
- Click OK.
