Craig Joseph Mills, age 45, of Baltimore was sentenced to 78 months in Federal Prison followed by three years of supervised released for bank robbery. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $31,066.
According to his guilty plea, from April 2005 to February 15, 2007, Mills robbed 15 banks, in each instance approaching the teller, slamming his hand on the counter implying that he had a weapon and demanding money. Mills stole a total of $32,766 over this two year period. $1,600 was later recovered.
