For those who like to read ebooks in the Linux console, I’d draw your attention to an excellent little program called reed.
This GPL’d, freesoftware application has a strangely low profile, though with the lack of other Linux ebook readers out there, its hard to understand why. (I suppose the robust Linux pagers like less may work as de facto console ebook readers, and so may reduce the instances of people seeking out a dedicated solutions because the pagers are good enough).
