When you are a new parent, having access to the toys you need or want for your kids is just as easy as opening up your Web browser. Well apparently, expected moms are much more likely to use the Internet to look for new toys for their kids than the rest of us when given the opportunity.
Expectant parents are most likely to visit an online toy store to purchase their newborn’s first teddy bear, a study released Monday showed.
Would-be moms and dads are 62 percent more likely to look for playthings than the average online shopper, according to ComsScore Networks Inc. The second highest retail destination for expectant parents is online fragrances and cosmetics stores, where they can buy baby products.
