I recently reviewed Feed-Me.Info and came up with mixed results. They certainly are working hard to make finding and reading RSS feeds a simpler process for the typical RSS newbie. There is one slight flaw though, the method of adding a new feed is a confusing process that definitely needs some work. I am still trying to figure out what you are supposed to do to get a feed to show up after it is added. Once I think it gets done, it still won’t come up right! Look folks, no one wants to read the instructions to an aggregator and then still be lost in a sea of frustration. I could probably get this figured out eventually, but why should I have to? In all fairness, they did a great job at making feeds sources available to users to search from. Considering everything, I am going to give this a 2 out of 5 based on a confusing user interface. If they would like to contact me regarding improvements made to Feed-Me.Info after this review, feel free to email me.
For now, I am still raving about Vox Lite, a free aggregator that I personally use. I just figured out today that I can take my RSS browsing to a full window. Now this is the cool part; it then has the folder list in a floating box that can easily be moved anywhere on the screen. I will be doing a full review of this aggregator on my blog here very soon.
