Cleaning up your PC

I used to do computer maintenance and clean up every week or so, but lately I haven’t really kept on top of it. Today I had some time so I went through my computer, cleaned up some old stuff, got rid of some apps I don’t use, and updated the ones I do. After that I did my disk defragment, and did some optimization using Tune Up Utilities. My question to the readers is, How often do you clean up your computers, and what programs do you use? Another question I have, Does anyone know if there is a similar program to Tidy Up for windows?
Have a good one,
Tyler

I clean up at least once a week and sometimes every day depending on the websites visited or add/delete of files on my hard drives.
CCleaner for overall cleanup;
Spider to remove web urls, temp files, etc.;
JkDefrag for hard drive defragging; and
Spybot S&D, Lavasoft Adaware, and AVG weekly.
